To assist in the redevelopment, regrowth and further restrengthening of the Canadian economy by providing Canadian small businesses with economic assistance to grow into global markets while educating, promoting and amplifying Canadian brands worldwide.

Chair, Treasurer

Dear Shareholders,

I am pleased to step into the role of Chair for Buy Canadian Goods Association during a time of challenge for Canada’s small business community. It is with great pleasure that I take this role and assist in the leadership and development of BCGA’s milestones for 2020. As many of you are aware, COVID-19 has caused significant financial instability to Canada’s small businesses due to the economic crisis our world has experienced. With the establishment of BCGA, we are here to help support you and your business to once again, achieve financial stability by helping you reach new markets through global, interconnected trade between Canada and Asia; namely Hong Kong.

For the year ahead, I am pleased to announce that we will officially be launching BCGA’s virtual marketplace platform on September 1st, 2020. We have put considerable time and effort into the development of our association, and are excited to bring you a unique platform that can significantly impact your business in beneficial ways.

In the light of our world’s current economic situation, we are here to support your and your business. As a future of uncertainties and challenges lie ahead, we are committed and devoted to helping Canada’s small business community. I would like to end this letter by expressing my sincere gratitude and support for BCGA and your contribution in taking part of our mission.

Mr. James Humphreys
